Meet the team

Natalie Pierre

Founder and CEO

Natalie is a veteran sports reporter with more than a decade of experience. Most of her time in the business has been spent reporting on big-time college football on the East Coast.

Prior to starting NP Sports Media, the award-winning journalist lived in the Birmingham, Alabama area and was a senior reporter covering SEC football for the Alabama Media Group – which includes, The Birmingham News, The Huntsville Times and Mobile’s Press-Register. Her career has also taken her to Tallahassee, Florida where she spent more than three years covering Florida State football, basketball and baseball for the Tallahassee Democrat. Natalie got her start in Cleveland, Mississippi, where she worked as a general assignment reporter and columnist for the Cleveland News Leader.

In addition to her extensive time writing for newspapers, she has a plethora of experience as a video journalist. The Lake Mary, Florida native worked as a general assignment reporter for WXVT in Greenville, Mississippi, she was a member of the video team at USA Today where she worked with the sports team to produce video stories, and she won multiple awards for her video stories during her time at the Democrat.

The former collegiate volleyball player earned her Master of Science in broadcast & digital journalism from Syracuse University and her Bachelor of Arts in journalism from Delta State University.

When Natalie is not watching sports for work, she can usually be found in a gym somewhere either watching her nephews play travel basketball or working out with her sister (and our director of business development), Jeanette.

Jeanette Pierre

Director of Business Development

Jeanette brings a wealth of experience in the sports field to the NP Sports Media staff. Working in leadership positions on both the hospitality and operations side of the industry, she has gained an extensive amount of knowledge and built an invaluable list of contacts.

Super Bowls, US Opens, Daytona 500s, NBA Finals and PGA Masters are just a few of the many top-tier events Jeanette has contributed to.

The Nashville native has taken her experience providing premium hospitality and service, client retention and specialized event planning for athletes, their families and coaches to her current role at NP Sports Media. As our director of business development, she strives to ensure that each organization, team and family that we work with gains both a product and experience that exceeds their expectations and meets their needs fully.

Jeanette earned her Bachelor of Science in legal studies – with a specialty in sports and entertainment law – from the University of Central Florida.

When the former two-sport Division I athlete (golf and rowing) isn’t in a gym networking or watching her two sons, Jessiah and DeKotah, hoop it up, she loves to travel, eat vegetarian food, sweat it out in the gym or catch up with “The World” on NPR.

Joshua Moses

Videographer and editor

Joshua is currently a student at Catawba College, where he is completing his last semester for his bachelor’s degree in business administration. After initially walking on to the school’s football team, he earned a scholarship to play on the team’s defensive line.

A Salisbury, North Carolina native, his drive isn’t unique to the gridiron. During the summer of 2018, Joshua came across an opportunity work as a videographer for Cannady Media Group for USBA Nationals in Charlotte. It was there that his hard work caught the eye of NP Sports Media.

Working for both media groups throughout the five-day tournament was the beginning of a new journey for Joshua. It was the first step in turning a longtime hobby into a career. When it comes to learning new skills around his profession, he is determined to be the best at whatever he does.

Outside of his professional life, Joshua loves traveling around the world using the art of photography. He loves and appreciates being behind and in front of the camera. In his spare time, you can catch him at the gym working out or playing basketball with his friends. The oldest of three, Joshua is not one to backdown from a challenge on the court or in his chosen profession.
